Artur and team at Modern Homecrafter were recommended by our Interior Designer. She had experience with Artur on previous projects. From the start Artur was very detailed and responsive. Our project consisted of three bathroom remodels as one project. I consider myself a "fussy" client. Artur provided a very detailed estimate which helped me understand what was in the scope and outside the scope. His pricing was competitive. Throughout the project he was very responsive to my emails and texts which is critical for me. His workers were friendly and protected the home from dust and damage as if it was their home. The craftsmanship, in particular the tile work, was top notch. All changes were well discussed. I would highly recommend Modern Homecrafter.
We had a great experience working with Arthur and his team for our kitchen remodel, which included drywall work, building of an island/cabinets, and a good amount of electrical work. They offered great suggestions for the updates, and creative ideas on how we could work within our budget. Modern HomeCrafter is dedicated to impeccable quality and precision. To me, tile is like the jewelry of a home that guests pay attention to as soon as they step in. It is especially important that the installation is as perfect as Arthur does it!
Tile just does not convey all that Modern Homecrafters does. They do complete projects such as bathrooms, curbless showers (my project) and entire kitchens. They help the homeowner think through their projects and adapt to your changes as you go along. They had spot-on suggestions, as well as access to plumbers, electricians, drywallers, glaziers for frameless shower doors, cabinetmakers, everything that you do not want to do. But they work with you on the parts of your project that you want to tackle, or when you have someone else in mind for a part of your project, another contractor... AND they are great people, honest, great communicators, willing to listen to your expectations. They also did a great job with a very short punch list. I really appreciated their responsiveness to my frequent texts, often responding within minutes. I took a week off, and they adapted to my schedule, They also informed me of their arrival times the evening before and if running late, they texted to inform you of their change in schedule. I am very pleased and highly recommend this company.
